- Stitch Damages: If you receive a product with stitch damage, we are happy to accept a return. Stitch damage refers to any issues with the sewing or construction of the product that affects its usability or appearance.
- Process for Reporting Damage: To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your item. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs evidencing the damage. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the return process.
- Non-Returnable Items: Apart from stitch damage, products are otherwise considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with color, texture, or fit. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizes carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Damaged Products: Upon successful return and inspection of a damaged product, we will offer a replacement of the item. If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
No Refunds for Non-Damaged Goods: As all sales are final, except in the case of stitch damage, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or other non-quality-related issues.
Shipping Returns
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for products with stitch damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any shipping cost associated with your order will not be included in your refund.
